Sports Performance Training

Our performance training program helps players in soccer and other sports maximize their athletic performance and potential in a small group setting. We offer training on Saturdays and Sundays, pick the day(s) that work best for you. Players will focus on speed, agility, power, acceleration, strength, core stability and strength, body weight exercises, plyometrics, proper running technique, flexibility, and injury prevention. We recommend comfortable clothes, running shoes, cleats, indoor soccer shoes, and plenty of drinks.

$25 per session, per player
Space limited to 8 players per time slot per day
*Registration must be submitted 24 hours in advance for weekday classes or by 7:00 pm Friday prior to the weekends class you are registering for
*No class September 1 - 3, Oct 6, Nov 22-25, Dec 22-26, and Dec 29 - Jan 1, 2019
*Classes are 45 minutes long
