EDGE Performance Training

EDGE Performance Training provides training programs that consist of teaching, coaching, and counseling for youth ages 7-18 and adults ages 19 and up to help them optimize their triune health (mind, body, spirit) in the demands of every day life and performance.

Our program is open to individual from all walks of life and athletes of all sports that desire to learn how to utilize their bodies safely at sub-maximal and maximal levels of optimization. This includes but it not limited to:

- Mobility training
- Strength training (comprehension & age appropriate resistance training
- Spinal manipulation (core control)
- Speed, acceleration, quickness, & explosiveness
- Sport specific training
- Lifestyle specific movement training
- And SO much more!

Students will participate in multiple classes during the week that are education, comprehension, exercise and skill based to focus on improving their overall health and human performance.

Ages - 7 years old to Adults of all ages

Youth Ages 7-11
Teens Ages 12-14
Teens Ages 15-18
Adults Ages 19 and up

Youth Ages 7-11:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 4:30pm - 5:30pm; Saturdays 9:00am - 10:00am

Teens Ages 12-14:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 5:30 - 6:30pm; Saturdays 10:00am - 11:00am

Teens Ages 15-18:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 3:30pm - 4:30pm; Saturdays 11:00am - 12:00noon

Adults Ages 19 and up:
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays: 6am, 7am, 9am, 11am, & 12pm; Saturdays 8am

Package Options:
10 class pack - $150 (can be used for 10 group classes & can be shared among parents & children in same family)
Unlimited Monthly Classes - $99 per month per person (come as many times as you like in a month)
Drop In - $20 (come to a class when it fits in your schedule)
*Personal Training - $60 per person per visit
*Free Trial for Group Classes or Free Assessment for Personal Training - (limit 1 per person)
