Summer Heat

We're heating things up at Edge and this program will bring your summer training up a notch. Join us for training that incorporates agility, speed, technique & footwork skills, game like movements. Focusing on preparing you for your outdoor season to start. Sessions will also include information/tips on nutrition, stretching, and things to do on your own to help your game.

Program runs the weeks of July 13, 20, and 27
$25 per day per player
Pick a day and time that works best for your schedule:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays
5:00pm - 5:45pm - ages 7 - 9
6:00pm - 6:45pm - ages 10 - 12
7:00pm - 7:45pm - ages 13 - 17
