For the 2018-2019 year, in consideration of $145 player ANNUAL registration fee on automatic draft and $80 PER MONTH on automatic draft, The Edge Soccer Programs, LLC., agrees to provide proper instruction of soccer technical training for the above-registered student. I, the undersigned, agree to pay said monthly fee via automatic draft on or before the 1st day of each month. I understand that enrollment with The Edge Soccer Programs, LLC, is a 10-month financial commitment, beginning July 2018, and ending April 2019. I also understand that financial commitment is not given for holidays, vacations, canceled classes, or time out of the facility due to sickness or injury. I understand that I may terminate this agreement by giving signed, dated, received, and acknowledged by the staff at The Edge Soccer Programs, LLC by the 1st of the month prior to the month that I wish to terminate this agreement, and I further understand that the student's place in class(es) would then be sacrificed for the 2018-2019 year.
Enrollment in one of our auxiliary programs is a contract for daily enrollment for that particular day and time that specific program is offered. I understand and acknowledge that I have checked our family and player's schedule and that enrolled player can attend the auxiliary program they are being registered for on the day/time I'm selecting. I also understand that auxiliary program fees are due by credit card payment at the time a player is registered for a program and those said fees are non-refundable and credit will not be given in the form of a refund or placement in a future class if a player misses the day/time that they are signed up for a specific program. I also understand that enrollment for these programs is in demand and spots are given on a first come/first serve basis and program design is based on the number of participants registered for a particular day/time for each program.
Camp is a contract for daily or weekly enrollment (this is based on what you enrolled your child for). I understand that camp tuition is non-refundable. However, we understand that injuries may arise over the summer or just as your child is set to attend camp preventing them from being able to participate. Please email us as soon as possible to inform us of your need to cancel. We will ask that you submit a written excuse from your child's physician. If your child is sick please email us as soon as possible and if there are time and room, we will work with you to switch your camper to a later camp week.
Enrollment in our Little Edgers program is for a 6 week commitment for a specific session a player is registered for. I understand and acknowledge that dates are not mixable between session. I further understand that the cost of the class is not pro-rated or makeup dates for classes missed by a player for any reason. I also understand that payment for a Little Edgers session is non-refundable.
